Black hat SEO is considered as unethical SEO. Black hat search engine optimization is the application of prohibited and unacceptable techniques and methods just to make a website rank higher and faster. Before, they consider black hat SEO practises legitimate, however due to some sort of abuse to its purpose; tactics that encapsulates anything about black hat is not adequate anymore.

If you are thinking that the best way to rank your website is to apply black hat then you are absolutely right! But for if we are talking about the duration, then I am sad to say that the results you will achieve from methods involving black SEO are for short term only.
